Logging data from the Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.4 client need to be exported to be reviewed by Technical Support.
To export the logging data from the client:
Launch Symantec Endpoint Protection for Mac 12.1.4
Click "View Log History" at the bottom of the window
Under "Logs" in the window that opens, select "All", "AntiVirus Scans", "Virus Detections", "Vulnerability Protection", or "Updates" as directed by the Symantec Endpoint Protection Technical Support Agent.
Click the "Export" button at the top of the window to save the file
