Microsoft Access Database and FileShare Corruption

After editing and saving a Microsoft Access database file located in a Symantec Encryption FileShare folder (formerly PGP Netshare), you receive error "The changes you requested to the table were not successful because they would create duplicate values in the index, primary key, or relationship."

Change the data in the field or fields that contain duplicate data, remove the index, or redefine the index to permit duplicate entries and try again.
Verify if Symantec Endpoint Protection is installed, if so make sure they are on 12.0 R2 or newer. Previous versions of Symantec Endpoint Protection have been known to cause database issues with Symantec FileShare Encryption (formerly PGP Netshare).
