When trying to synchronize assets using barcode, the error "Unable to verify download memory requirements" occurs.
"Unable to verify download memory requirements"
This can be caused by missing or corrupted stored procedure, spBarcodeGetProfileResourceCount in the Symantec_CMDB database.
Replace the missing or corrupted stored procedure.
Use the attached script to recreate the stored procedures in the Symantec_CMDB database. Note: The user may need to have their DBA assist with the following if they do not have permission to alter stored procedures.
On the SQL Server, open the Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio.
In the Object Explorer window, click to open the Database folders > Symantec_CMDB > Programmability > Stored Procedure.
Locate the stored procedures, either spBarcodeGetProfileResourceCount.
Right click the stored procedure, and select Rename.
Change the name of the stored procedure to spBarcodeGetProfileResourceCount-old.
Run the attached stored procedure, which will create a new stored procedure.
In Barcode, attempt another sync. This should resolve the issue.
