Database Table Size Mismatch. The column where the title is stored in the IMIncidentTicket table is larger than the Title or Name column for the Task table. If the title is larger than 100 characters, the mismatch occurs.
A revised version of the SD.IncidentManagement.Classification model contains a fix which truncates the title down to an amount that the Task table can hold. This can be found in KB TECH212326.
