KNOWN ISSUE: Form themes rendered incorrectly in Internet Explorer & Firefox

On web forms that use certain default themes when viewed using Internet Explorer or Firefox the form isn't rendered correctly.
This issue is caused by an entry in the form.aspx file used by the project.
Symantec Development has created a fix for this issue. Please contact Symantec Technical Support to aquire the fix referencing article HOWTO101650. This article lists all available fixes for this version of Workflow.
As a work around to address this issue until an official fix is available use the following steps.
On your Workflow server go to %programfiles%\Symantec\Workflow\WorkflowDeploy\Release\Project folder
Edit the file Form.aspx
Remove the following line from the Form.aspx file "<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">"
Save the updated file.
Please note that these steps will have to be performed for each project experiencing this issue. You will also have to update the form if the project is republished.
