Is there an option to store original email messages as .msg files instead of .eml files?
Resolution
Symantec DLP only stores the captured content and does not convert it to a different output format.
Many available Email readers can read the EML file format.
Workaround:
Install the appropriate version of "Windows Live Essentials" which usually includes a client to open EML files.
