Issue/Introduction
Do not keep any extraneous .jar files in the \Symantec\DataLossPrevention\Protect directory?
Resolution
Do not put extra *.jar files in the Symantec DLP directories or disturb any of the *.jar files. If there are any .jar files in the\Symantec\DataLossPrevention\Protect directory, the Symantec DLP program attempts to load them. This can cause conflicts. If you need to make a backup, do it outside of the \Symantec\DataLossPrevention\Protect directory.
