Discover target remains in a starting state. Statistics are not being updated, but the scan detail logs show that the scan is running.
The scan is running but status update messages from the Discover Servers are not making them to Enforce. Scanning is taking place, but the UI is not updating properly.
A possible issue is that communication is failing with the Monitor Controller. If this is the case, restarting the services may restart the communication.
Restart the SymantecDLPDetectionServerController service on the Enforce Server.
Restart the SymantecDLPDetectionServer service on the Discover Server.
Login to the Enforce. Start the scan and this time you should see the correct state.
