Issue/Introduction

The Enforce UI hangs when trying to delete an existing Group Directory connection that is not in use by any policies. Restarting the services and clearing the tomcat Catalina cache does not help and the following message is present in the tomcat log:

WARNING [com.vontu.manager] Open transaction not expected, aborting. Possibily caused by use of the back button.
WARNING [com.vontu.manager.struts.transactions.BeginsAndCompletesTransactionProxy] Found an open transaction when calling class com.vontu.manager.directoryconnection.action.DeleteDirectoryConnectionAction.execute

Resolution

Restart the services and start the deletion again. Do NOT browse away from the page, the task is still running and will eventually complete, even if the UI timeout occurs.
