How to clear the catalina cache for Windows and Linux Enforce server.

It may be necessary to clear the Catalina Cache to resolve issues related to the DLP Web Interface
These issues can range from not being able to login, RSOD, and web content not loading properly.
First try recycling the Vontu Manager service, If problem still persists then try the steps below:
Steps for Windows Enforce server:
1. Shutdown the Vontu Manager service 2. Shutdown the Incident Persister service 3. Go to the following directory on the Enforce server X:\SymantecDLP\Protect\tomcat\work\Catalina\localhost 4. Rename the localhost folder to localhost.old 5. Restart the Vontu Manager service 6. Restart the Incident Persister service
Steps for Linux Enforce server:
1. Shutdown the Vontu Manager service 2. Go to the following directory /opt/Vontu/Protect/tomcat/work/Catalina 3. Rename the localhost folder to localhost.old 4. Restart the Vontu Manager service
