Plug-in installation fails and sensitive data is not blocked via MS Office Outlook 2002/2003/2007 or Lotus Notes 8.0/7.0 or Fire Fox 2.0/3.0, if agent msi is deleted post-install or if agent is installed from network path

If an email/webmail is sent with sensitive data in either the subject, body or attachment in Outlook 2002, 2003 or 2007, or Lotus Notes 8.0/7.0 or Fire Fox 2.0/3.0, it is not blocked.
The original installer MSI must always be locally available and not moved after Agent installation. To achieve this, the Agent should always be installed from a local directory on the client machine. Additional package locations can be specified using the MSI SOURCELIST property (see http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa371859(VS.85).aspx for details). The Agent installer package should not be removed from the client machine.
If deploying from Altiris, on the "DLP Agent Package" page, under the "Package" tab, ensure that "Never delete" is selected in the dropdown for "Package files will be deleted from the client computer if unused for...".
