Issue/Introduction

Network Monitor is not processing Vpcaps

Resolution

Symantec DLP Services may not have rights to the "drop_pcap" folder.

Make sure to add the protect account to the "drop_pcap" folder with full control and propagate down to subdirectories.

Restart Symantec FileReader Service.
