Issue/Introduction
During the installation of the Enforce server an error dialog pops up with the following:

User Create Failed
net use failed
No valid response was provided.

The installation fails.
Cause

Resolution
If the password provided for the protected user is over 14 characters, the 'net user /add' command expects an additional response to a Y/N question. If no response is received, the user creation will fail.
