Issue/Introduction
To prevent a Discover scan from hitting a database with full force, can it be throttled?
Resolution
For SQL Database scanning, SymantecDLP can be throttled based on maximum rows processed per minute as well as max bytes processed per minute. This can be done from the Advanced tab of the Discover target:
