Currently, the Response Rule Responses view in a bar across the top of an incident in alphabetical order.
Requested Product Behavior
Allow a method for the user to define in which order SmartResponses appear in the UI (buttons on the incident snapshot).
How Product Would Be Used Customer would like to have the responses that are used more often at the top of the incident. PM-824 has been created for this request Policy UI - allow customized order of how Smart Responses appear in the UI (e.g., where the buttons appear).
