Customer is integrating CCS and attempting to pull canned systems report incidents and failing
The CCS integration is done via the Reporting API
You cannot use the system reports to pull incidents from the reporting API. If you look at the 10.5 Reporting API developers guide, it mentions this on page 17, under section "Creating saved reports for Report "
retrieve a system-defined incident list using the Reporting API. However, you can
use a system-defined incident list to generate a new saved report."
