Citrix session will not disconnect when EDPA is installed on Presentation Server.

Symantec DLP supports installation of the Endpoint Agent on a Citrix presentation server. However, when a end user ends the shared application the Citrix session stays connected, not allowing a new session from the same user to be established until CUI.exe is ended.

There is a workaround you can use directly from the Citrix support web site.

You will need to add the following registry entry on the Citrix server to resolve the issue as defined in this Resolution section of the Citrix article below.

You may need to create this registry string.  ALWAYS back up the registry before making changes.
