Issue/Introduction

I am trying to export thousands of incidents, but when I try to 'show all', the report times out.

Resolution

Exporting to a .csv requires only using the "select all" not "show all".  Show all requires more information, which can cause a timeout from the query if there are too many incidents.  select all returns much quicker, and should not timeout.
