When the Endpoint agent is installed, end-users are not able to send files to SAP application, such as Excel documents.

"SAP" stands for Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing.

SAP is an Enterprise Resource Planning Software product that helps you to manage all the resources of an organization.

The SAP application does not allow latency when documents are being sent to it, This is an issue if clipboard monitoring is enabled for Agent Configuration.

The work around is to disable Clipboard monitoring on endpoint agents that have SAP installed.

The solution will need to come from SAP, with the application allowing for latency for monitoring of files.
