Is it possible to perform a query against the data when a status change within an incident has occurred?

Can the data be queried when an incident status has changed?
Currently it is not possible to filter the incident history via the User Interface. The historical data regarding incident status changes is stored within the individual incident history which is stored within the Database. This information is not accessible through any UI filter.
