After upgrading to V11 long message wait times are being observed

After upgrading to V11 the Enforce UI shows now long message wait times for Network Monitor An increased numbers of vpcap / pcap files can be observed, which under circumstances can cause a backlog The incoming traffic feed seems to be largely unchanged
By default Network Monitor has HTTP GET requests monitoring disabled.
In V11 there has been a bug introduced, which has been filed under eTrack 2583756 , which is fixed in 11.5 onward.
This bug results in the HTTP GET requests not being filtered out, thus resulting in an additional data being captured and processed by the FileReader. This can lead to a scenario where the environment is overloaded and causes as a result the message wait time to increase.
