Cannot connect on port 8443 using VontuUpdate process

Firewall restictions may not allow VontuUpdate process to connect to the update wizard
Cannot connect on port 8443 for VontuUpdate.
VontuManager process is not stopped.
The workaround is to stop the VontuManager service because the Enforce User Interface (UI) is using port 8443, which conflicts with the upgrade wizard. The VontuManager process needs to be stopped before the VontuUpdate process to proceed and allow the update to complete.
NOTE: If the port cannot be release set the VontuManager service to disabled and reboot the server.
