Error renewing subscription.
The error renewing subscription can happen only if your connection mode is configured as Exchange 2007 or 2003. The primary reason for this is that your password changed on the server and it was not updated to the device
You can check with your IT Admin if you¹d like to verify, but if ActiveSync is also not enabled on your server, then you will probably not be able to connect.
