Large files, such as videos or complex attachments, are not easily sent over the air via ActiveSync. If you've tried to send a file like this using TouchDown, there is a good chance that this item is stuck in the outbound queue and not allowing other email to be sent.
To remove the file from the outbound queue,
While on the TouchDown Main screen, tap the Menu button on the device
Tap the More button.
Tap Clean Queue.
You should be able to synchronize successfully.
