Getting 'Failed to refresh the grid' error when accessing the Symantec Management Agent install page.

When accessing the Symantec Management Agent install page. The error "Failed to refresh the grid" appears on the screen and it does not load the list of computers in the Rollout agent to computers section and will not allow you to add/remove any computers from this same section.
Corrupt data in the Agentpushdata table.
1) Take a backup of the database or verify there is a recent backup of the database.
2) Truncate the Agentpushdata table using the following command:
Truncate table Agentpushdata
3) Refresh the Symantec Management Agent install page and add a new computer to the list.
