Currently tablets and as well as any systems without a wired or OEM-supplied attachable keyboard are not supported with Symantec Encryption Desktop BootGuard, and Whole Disk Encryption. PGP BootGuard is currently only supported on the Dell XT and XT2 hardware with virtual keyboard functionality.
There are currently several different request for Virtual Keyboard Support across many different platforms. This article is intended and designed to help provide Symantec Customers with a full list of all available information regarding Virtual Keyboard Support, and all of the many requests for its addition to the SED product.
