A user has a Samsung SAFE device enrolled with Mobility Suite. The user had required apps installed by the Work Hub. A required app needs to be removed, but it keeps getting re-installed since it's "required."
The conditions to remove the required app include the following:
Invoking the 'Unmanage' or 'Selective Wipe' device command from Mobility Manager
Deactivating Corp Access for Samsung 'Device Administrator' (manually removing MDM)
Changing the device policy to include disabling mobile device management
Important: These actions also result in Corp Access for Samsung being removed. The Work Hub remains.
