Issue/Introduction

Red Hat PMImport fails with errors regarding RHN system registrations failed concludes shortly after started.

 Patch Management 7.5.x and later

Cause

 User lacks specific rights to the Red Hat Network for that Channel.

Resolution

Review the user rights on the Red Hat Network (RHN); ensure that user has specific rights to download the Channel. Also verify the customer's server is 'checked' / Enabled in the list of servers under their profile.

If the user lacks the rights to that Channel; disable that specific Channel in the Red Hat PMImport
