Workaround
===========
Although the certificate will expire, it will continue to work as it is added to the trusted certificates in the Java security settings, moreover if you still get an error regarding the certificate you can add the certificate to the Exception Site List in the Java Control Panel -> Security tab -> Edit Site List...If the console is used remotely then you will have to add the FQDN of the machine, otherwise if it is used locally than http://localhost
