Following applies only to Upgrade scenarios, especially when upgrading from 7.1.x to 7.5.x When you create new or open existing project with Workflow the error message appear in log viewer. On some accessions the Workflow Manager will not open the project due missing assembly Logicbase.Components.Ensamble, Version=7.1.1500.0.

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'LogicBase.Generators.Ensemble, Version=7.1.1500.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=null' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.
2. On following directory \Program Files\Symantec\Workflow\Shared\Components DLL version mismatch was caused by Monitor workflow deployed as Windows Service which locked some of the DLL files. Therefore *.dlls were not updated during Workflow installation. \Program Files\Symantec\Workflow\Shared\Components
1. First confirm the DLL version, they should match with Workflow version you are running or any other version DLL's on same directory, Version 7.1.x DLL's should move away from Workflow installation directory. - LogicBase.Framework.dll - LogicBase.Generators.Ensemble.Projman.dll - LogicBase.Core.dll
2. Manually stop all Windows Services created and published with Workflow. Run Workflow installer again.
