When a DeepSight Intelligence license expires before it is renewed, there may be a period of time when alerts are not received. In order to receive these alerts, they must be manually sent, one at a time.
In the DeepSight portal,
Click Advanced Search.
Select the Date Range.
Select either All Types next to Alert Type or select a type from the drop down.
Click Submit. This will return a listing of available alerts matching the date range and criteria set.
To send the alert, click on the title of the alert.
The new screen shows the alert and available delivery methods.
Below the alert window click Send to Delivery Method.
Select the first user you want the alert sent to.
From the Delivery Method section, select the delivery method to use.
Select to highlight that delivery method.
Click the Add option on the right.
Repeat to add additional users.
Send Success window pops up.
Return to Search Results and repeat to send other alerts.
