When a Block response rule is used in a policy, and an endpoint user adds sensitive information to a new document in Microsoft Word, then copies the sensitive information to an Outlook email message, an error message displays. Regardless of the error message, the sensitive information is blocked from being pasted into the email.  Word has encountered a problem.

This is operating as designed.
