Issue/Introduction

The DLP Agent may not detect sensitive information uploaded to NHN webmail (http://mail.naver.com/) using big file transfer.

Resolution

If the "+" icon is not displaying, click "대용량첨부로 전환"(change to big file attach mode). The '+' icon only displays when big file attach mode is enabled. You can change the attach mode from big file to normal by clicking "일반첨부" or "대용량 첨부."
