Customer is getting the following error when attempting to use Quick Delivery
tasks to push software to the client computers after upgrading from 7.6 to 7.6
"No Licensed computers or targets with licensed computers were assigned"
The customer first migrated from 7.5 SP1 with the then latest hotfix to 7.6 by
building a new server.
As part of the migration they replicated the computer objects from the 7.5 SP1
system to the 7.6 system.
After the migration to 7.6 they could use Quick Delivery tasks to push software
to those replicated computer objects.
They then upgraded the 7.6 system to 7.6 HF1.
After the upgrade to 7.6 HF1 they can no longer use Quick Delivery tasks to
push software to the replicated computer objects.
They get the error "No Licensed computers or targets with licensed computers
were assigned" when they try.
However, if they delete one of those replicated computer objects and allow the
installed agent to recreate the computer resource when it communicates with the
server they can then use Quick Delivery tasks to deliver software to that
They also replicated many custom filters and groups that the computer objects
are members of. If they delete the computers they loose all those filter and
group associations. They do not want to have to rebuild those associations so
they need to fix this issue.
This may be related to the issue in ETrack 3772874 / TECH230183.
They tried the point fix in that ETrack but it did not resolve this issue.
And they do not use Deployment Solution.
