If Endpoint Prevent for cloud storage application has been enabled for save as operations, endpoint users may see multiple pop-ups. Multiple pop-ups may occur when users save from Microsoft Office 2013 applications to OneDrive.

You designate the MsoSync application for read only application monitoring to prevent multiple pop-ups.
Complete the following steps:

1. Go to System > Agents > Application Monitoring.
2. Click Add Application to display the Application Information page.
3. Enter MsoSync in the Name field.
4. Enter MsoSync\.exe in Binary Name and Original Filename fields.
5. Select Cloud Storage in the Application Type section.
6. Select Read in the Application Monitoring Configuration section.
7. Save your changes.
