Issue/Introduction
You had a custom lookup script in the SymantecDLP\Protect folder.
After upgrading DLP the lookup plugin no longer populates custom attributes in an incident.
Reloading the plugins does not generate an error. 2115 Custom attribute lookup failed
Failed to instantiate lookup plug-in com.vontu.lookup.script.ScriptLookup. It was unloaded.

Cause
During the upgrade the customer's custom script was not moved.
Resolution
Extract the custom script from the backup archive created during the upgrade.
It will be saved to the Protect\updates\latest_updates_folder or a general Protect\updates\SymantecDLPEnforceBackup folder.
Copy the script back to a current folder as mapped in the Arguments field of the Script Lookup Plugin screen under System>Incident Data>Lookup Plugins>Edit Script Lookup Plugin.
A best practice would be to create a Protect\plugins\scripts folder and place your custom scripts there.
It will be saved to the Protect\updates\latest_updates_folder or a general Protect\updates\SymantecDLPEnforceBackup folder.
