How do we turn off the "ThreatCon" indicator in the Data Center Security console?

Issue/Introduction
In the Summary pane of the console, there is a “ThreatCon” display that generates a regular query to Symantec's online resources to check the current status. Is it possible to disable this?
Resolution
At the present time there is no provision to diable the ThreatCon check.
