In CCS 11.1, you can install the Agent Product Update (APU) packages by using Live Update only.
If you don't want to use LiveUpdate to install the APU, use the following steps:
1. Extract the CCS_11_1_Agent_Update_Win.zip file at the following location on the CCS Application Server: C:\ProgramData\Symantec\CCS 2. In CCS Console, go to Manage --> LiveUpdate, from the Common Tasks drop-down menu, select Check Updates. This will list the CCS Agent Product Update in Live Update workspace 3. Create the Automatic Updates Installation Job for applicable CCS component i.e Product Update 4. Run the APU Job. For detailed information, refer to CCS_Agent_Update_ReadMe.
