When installing Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) Cloud, the installation fails and you see the error, "Installation not completed. The installer could not install all the selected components."
Installation not completed. The installer could not install all the selected components. If the problem persists, please contact customer support and quote reference number xxxxxxxx.
Note: A unique reference number will be generated upon each installation attempt.
The installer has found other threat protection software installed on the computer that is preventing installation of SEP SBE.
WARNING: If you are part of a network, contact your network administrator for assistance before removing any threat protection software.
Remove any antivirus or threat protection software from the computer that can prevent installation of SEP SBE Cloud.
