After Upgrading Altiris the Agentless Metrics are no longer being collected on targeted computers even though nothing has changed with the Monitor policies.
Corrupted installation of the Altiris Monitor Agent RMS plug-in on the Site Servers and Notification Server (NS).
Make sure that the following upgrade policies are enabled and scheduled:
Under Settings>Agents/Plug-ins>Symantec Management Agent>Windows>Site Server>
Symantec Management Agent for Windows x64 (Site Server Only) - Upgrade
Symantec Management Agent for Windows x86 (Site Server Only) - Upgrade
Under Settings>Notification Server>Site Server Settings>Monitor Service>Advanced>
Windows Remote Monitoring Server x64 Upgrade
Windows Remote Monitoring Server x86 Upgrade
If the agent and remote monitor server (RMS) has already been upgraded on all the site servers and NS then the installation may have been corrupt. Clone the appropriate policy and modify the target to include the problematic servers:

After the server Agents have updated their configuration and uninstalled the Altiris Monitor Agent RMS plugins disable the uninstallation policy. After a several background tasks run the Altiris Monitor Agent RMS plug-ins will automatically reinstall and should no longer be corrupted.
