Unable to navigate to Manage > Exceptions from within the Control Compliance Suite (CCS) Console after upgrading CCS from 11.0 to 11.1.CCS. Console freezes and it pops up a warning "Failed to retrieve data".

Reviewing the Application Server Verbose logs reveals the following error message- Could not find stored procedure 'excp_GetApproversForException'.
Log on to the SQL Server hosting the CCS 11.1 database CSM_DB.
Open SQL Management Studio, Connect to the SQL Server.
Copy the contents of the attached SQL Script to the New Query Window and Execute it.
Once the Query is successfully executed, within SQL Management Studio navigate to Databases > CSM_DB > Programmability > Stored Procedures
Verify that the missing stored procedure named "dbo.excp_GetApproversForException" is now on the list.
Relaunch the CCS 11.1 Console and verify you are now able to see the existing exceptions under Manage > Exceptions.
