Periodically while using the Process Manager portal errors will be generated stating that library files SD.Filters.dll & Symantec.ServiceDesk.Cm.dll cannot be found.
These errors do not cause any problems with the functionality of the Process Manager portal or ServiceDesk. However if a large number of these errors occur in the logs it can make it difficult trouble shooting other issues.
Page definitions in the Process Manager portal are making reference to these libraries that have been incorporated into other libraries.
