After upgrading to Monitor Solution 7.6 HF6 monitor solution is no longer functioning correctly. Metrics are not alerting, Altiris Monitor Agent Service does not appear in Services.msc and agents are failing to upgrade.

The cause of this issue is the filters "Computers requiring monitor plugin upgrade" and "Computers requiring remote monitoring server upgrade" target the wrong version. The filters target version 7.6.1645 instead of the correct version 7.6.1395.
Development has provided a pointfix for this issue. Please contact technical support. After installing the pointfix on the NS Monitor Service will have to be uninstalled from any RMS Site Servers and then be reinstalled for agentless metrics to work.
