When trying to install the Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) client on an Android device, the enrollment fails if the Norton Mobile Security app is already installed. The device will show as "Pending" in the Symantec Security Cloud portal.
The enrollment will fail if Norton Mobile Security is already installed on the device. SEPC must be installed it so it can tie it to the proper Symantec Security Cloud account.
Uninstall the Norton Mobile Security app and start the enrollment process again.
