Incorrect syntax error during delta membership update: Incorrect syntax near the keyword 'EXEC'.

Filters allow raw SQL query as a filter definition. If query contains non standard SELECT (e.g. EXECUTE stored_procedure, WITH common_table_expression, etc. ), delta membership update may fail with a warning and full update runs instead.

Unexpected exception has occurred during the execution of the SQL for delta collection update for 'New Filter' (4207e326-6cd5-46cf-b7bb-3fa6fa0a3e4f).
Full update is run instead.

This issue has been addressed under ITMS 8.0 Release.
This product limitation for customers using ITMS 7.5 SP1 HF5 has been addressed by hot fix attached to this article. See below for more details:

HOW TO INSTALL THIS POINTFIX
On Server Side:-
Extract files from the archive to NS machine. Make sure PointFix is not extracted to Altiris directory (or any subfolder to it).
Execute PFInstaller.exe file with administrative privileges (right-click > Run as administrator).If UAC is enabled then accept UAC if prompted. Select ‘Install Files’ option.
Old files will be automatically backuped to the ‘Backup’ and ‘adds-Backup’ folders at the same location where PFInstaller is and replaced with the new ones. Log-file Log.txt will be created at the same location where PFInstaller is.
Close PFInstaller window.
THIS HOTFIX HAS THE FOLLOWING KNOWN ISSUES: None.
HOW TO UNINSTALL THIS POINTFIX
On Server Side:-
Make sure that Backup and ‘adds-Backup’ subfolders is located in PFinstaller directory
Run PFinstaller with administrative privileges (right-click > Run as administrator). If UAC is enabled then accept UAC if prompted. Select ‘Uninstall Files’ option. Old files will be replaced from ‘Backup’ and ‘adds-Backup’ folders located at the same location where PFinstaller is. NS services should be started automatically.
