ATP 2.0 UI shows Synapse Email Security.cloud status as pending for longer than one hour

When you go to Settings> Global> and scroll down to the Synapse section you see that Email Security.cloud is stuck in pending mode, and you are no longer able to check or uncheck the box next to Enable Symantec Email Security.cloud Correlation.
Note: Refer to the Error Message section for screen shot.
Symantec has address this issue in the ATTP 2.0.1 build. Before upgrading please backup your data. The upgrade can only be obtain through the ATPP UI.
Please contact Support to open a support case and receive a workaround.
Once the correlation status is unlocked, additional troubleshooting of the correlation credentials may be necessary.
