When selecting SoftwareDelivery Execution Events to process fails with Error.
The datediff function resulted in an overflow. The number of dateparts separating two date/time instances is too large. Try to use datediff with a less precise datepart.
Invalid date data saved in the table Evt_AeX_SWD_Execution is causing the datediff function to exceed the max integer size. This size equates to over 64 years in seconds. This is usually caused by the End field containing a date that is invalid such as 01/01/1741 12:00:00.
The invalid date information in the Evt_AeX_SWD_Execution table needs to be fixed by either deleting the invalid row that contains the date or by updating the date value itself.
Execute the below query against each Symantec_CMDB database that is being referenced by IT Analytics.
Run search query:
SELECT MIN(Start) AS 'Oldest Start Date', MAX(Start) AS 'Newest Start Date', MIN([End]) AS 'Oldest End Date', MAX([END]) AS 'Newest End Date' FROM Evt_AeX_SWD_Execution
Once you have found the date that is invalid either delete the row(s) or correct the date depending on your internal policies.
