After activating a Symantec Endpoint Protection Cloud (SEPC) account, you are taken to the Account Details page instead of the Symantec Security Cloud Portal.
This can occur if you wait more than 24 hours to activate your account.
After activating the account and setting up the password, open a new browser tab. In this tab, navigate to https://securitycloud.symantec.com, click Sign In and log in with your email address and password.
