After installing the Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition (SEP SBE) cloud agent, the automatic activation process does not finish. The agent requests a 13-digit PIN code
In the SEP SBE agent:
Enter the 13-digit PIN code you received from Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition. If you don't have a PIN code, contact Symantec Endpoint Protection Small Business Edition for assistance.
In the SEP SBE cloud management console:
Pending License Activation
Agents may prompt for manual activation prior to completion, which can take up to four hours. However, users are not required to manually enter a PIN.
If agent activation has not occurred within four hours, confirm the availability of licenses.
