When a user uploads a Symantec Advanced Threat Protection (ATP) license, an error appears indicating that the license is invalid. However, when the user navigates away from the Global Settings page and returns, the license appears indicating that it is valid and shows the correct expiration date.
The license file is invalid.
An ATP component throws an error if the license has ever been used for previous or other ATP installations.
Navigate away from the Global Settings page and return. The license should appear as valid.
